This involves dividing the second of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hamburg-innovation-port.com\/en\/vermietung\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">four construction phases<\/a> into two segments: the \u201cCube\u201d building in the front and the high-rise building located behind it.<\/p>\n<p>The Cube, which will offer a total of 4000 m\u00b2 gross floor area on 4 floors, will be the first to be built. Ceilings with increased load-bearing capacity, particularly high rooms and a freight elevator will enable a wide variety of uses for research, development and production &#8211; for example laboratories and workshops.
